Ambassador Profile
Hi future Vols!
My name is Natalie Victory, and I am a sophomore majoring in aerospace engineering!
I am from the town of Nolensville, TN, which is just about twenty minutes outside of Nashville. In my free time, I love seeing live music, hiking, and spending time with my friends. Back home, I am a huge Preds and Nashville SC fan. My love for sports has definitely translated over to Knoxville, and you can often find me at just about any UT sports game.
Since I’m from Tennessee, I understand being an in-state student who wants to go out of state more than anything; however, I am so grateful that I ended up here at UT. This university and the Tickle College of Engineering (TCE) have improved my academic experience, and I cannot imagine myself anywhere else.
I’ve only been a student here for a year, but in that time, I’ve had such great experiences on campus. I am involved in the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the Society of Women Engineers, and I am also a part of the Chancellor’s Honors Program. Along with this, I am an active member of Alpha Omega Epsilon, which is the social and professional STEM sorority here on campus. These organizations have all allowed me to meet new people and have helped to enhance my experience here on campus.
Off-campus, I love seeing shows at The Mill & Mine, one of Knoxville’s local concert venues, going hiking in the Smoky Mountains, exploring downtown and Market Square, and grabbing a bite to eat at my favorite Thai restaurant, Chaiyo.
Feel free to reach out to me at nvictory@vols.utk.edu if you have any questions about aerospace engineering, life at UT, or anything else. I'm always happy to help.
